An aggressive campaign of mailing poop to your neighbors has begun as people that are sick of dog owners leaving their pets poop around protest in a very smelly way. The crappy problem takes place in Madrid, where many have taken to leaving their dog poop out and about without the courtesy of picking it up themselves. In retaliation for their poop of a problem, a campaign of tracking the poop-doers and sending the poop to the dog owner’s home has been taking place.
